My GUide to

Savannah

EATS

I'm a self-proclaimed foodie + my travels revolve around where I want to eat. It's always my mission to find the neatest spots with the tastiest bites in each city. This is where I get to share them with you!

SIPS

Cozy coffeehouses, craft cocktail bars, trendy tea rooms, local breweries, worthwhile speakeasies and other beverage stops will be listed in this section. What are you thirsty for?

STAY

When I visit somewhere new, I tend to stray away from the drab chains that may come up first in a Google search. Instead, I like to book rooms in boutique hotels, resorts, and Airbnb's with personality!

GET CULTURED

Besides the normal "tourist traps", each city I visit has spaces worth seeing. I'll list must-see nature for the outdoorsy traveler, stores for the shopper, galleries for the creatives, and more!

Eat at The Olde Pink House

the national landmark opened in 1771 and is said to be haunted, but they serve up elevated southern cuisine

Visit Museums

i got the $20 ticket that allows you access to the three best spots for the week - Owens-Thomas House, Telfair Academy, The Jepson Center

Waltz the Riverside

the more "touristy" sides of town are usually the ones i avoid. i recommend walking down to the riverside for breakfast or lunch to check out the view of the 4th busiest port in the country.

Explore Forsyth Park

it's a gorgeous green with history, a restaurant, tennis courts, and plenty of benches to open a book or to journal

Shop around Starland

this is the more "hip", artsy neighborhood of savannah that houses stores, restaurants and coffee shops
