These no-bake, one bowl energy balls are so easy to whip up + the perfect bite to curb sweet cravings. If you're anything like me, your healthy eating downfall is reaching for snacks or dessert. Having these already prepared and waiting in the freezer is so convenient for those moments, so you will have something healthy to grab instead! Also, they're a bit nostalgic for anyone who used to be a fan of PB&Honey in their lunchboxes.
I N G R E D I E N T S
PB&Honey Energy Balls
-1 cup oats
-1/4 cup chocolate chips
-1/4 cup flax seed
-1/4 cup hemp hearts
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp of honey
-pinch of sea salt
R E C I P E
O N E – Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
T W O – Add in the PB, vanilla, and honey.
T H R E E – Mix + form into balls.
F O U R – Freeze + store in a bag or container in the fridge!
